At the beginning of the20th century, the power department implemented electric powersystem reform, imported market operation mechanism, carried out plant-grid separationmanagement mode. The grid companies implemented performance management reform. thecompany has achieved good results Grid corporation performance management reform inChina. To a great extent, performance management reform improved the efficiency andeffectiveness. However, this and other issues still exist. For this, this article selects SGGDJ asthe research object, using the system theory literature retrieval case study comparison researchand other research methods, the comprehensive study on the SGGDJ performancemanagement problem.This paper includes five parts of the introduction, present situation investigation,problem diagnosis, countermeasure and suggestionand epilogue. The first chapter is theintroduction.This part mainly includes four contents. It elaborates the paper selected topicbackground of reality, and then from the practical level and theoretical level respectivelyexpounds this article expatiates the practical significance and theory significance. The secondchapter is on the status quo of SGGDJ performance management. This part mainly includesthe time background of SGGDJ performance management and performance management ofSGGDJ of the implementation of the present situation of two parts, etc.The third part is onperformance management problem diagnosis of SGGDJ. On the basis of performancemanagement reform, respectively from the theory of performance management performanceevaluation index system of performance management design oriented performancecommunication situation Performance management application based performancemanagement system function performance management performance management appraisalsystem and so on eight aspects, points out the many realistic problems existing in the currentperformance management reform. The fourth parties are SGGDJ optimization to improve theperformance management. This part out from the actual condition of SGGDJ performancemanagement reform, from the shift performance management idea Reshape the performancemanagement process to select performance management method and the employeeperformance management involved in four aspects, effective countermeasures andSuggestions are put forward.
