The rapid development of the Internet make the user experience more and more attention,people’s experience of product and with increasing. G company electronic channels afteryears of development, functional construction is increasingly, User experience is alsogrowing attention to. but there is no denying the company e-channel user experience withforeign and domestic excellent Internet user experience gap remains large. How to objectivelymeasure the availability of electronic channels and improve the user experience of electronicchannels to G company of electronic channels, major challenges for managers. So this articledevoted to understanding the current g company electronic channels caused problems withavailability and user experience usability problems deeper management problems, and maketargeted improvements to these problems.This study G company electronic channels as the research object, through two stages ofresearch to achieve research objectives. The first stage through the integration of varioususability metrics to find usability problems, make full use of the advantages of variousmethods. First through the heuristic evaluation method to evaluate G company electronicchannel portal violation, and distinguish between each violation of severity level, one is theinformation quality problem, in violation of the principle of a few kinds to44, accounted for70.97%; Another kind of mission success, in violation of this principle categories a total of17accounted for27.42%. Second mail questionnaire through CSUQ scale, collected102validquestionnaires, the questionnaire analysis results G company electronic channel portalwebsite usability is serious weaknesses in the information quality and system availability. Byheuristic evaluation and the method of questionnaire survey as the main cause of poorusability is lack of effective quality management and information system support quality isnot perfect.Further in the second stage through to the user experience management in domestic domore excellent tencent, excavated the management problems affecting usability problems. Bycomparing the cultural atmosphere, the organization structure and the specific user experiencemanagement methods, finally it is concluded that G company electronic channel managementon the user experience in the fundamental problem is due to the lack of the user experience isthe highest cultural management method is not perfect and the user experience.In this paper, aiming at the problem of two aspects put forward the correspondingsolutions.1, improve information quality management;2, improve the quality of systemsupport;3, improve the user experience management method;4, the user experience supreme thinking transformation. And consider from the perspective of the development of G companyactual situation a reasonable. Give solution to take easy to difficult, after first breakthroughideas gradually. First, focus on information quality problems and support systems to supportthe relatively controllable, secondly establish user experience for G company managementmethod as well as the availability measure method and process, especially in the requirementsanalysis usability measurement, testing methods, introduced the design stage, improve thequality of the overall experience of demand, and increase the usability testing of research anddevelopment testing link, so as to promote G company electronic channel in the short term theuser experience.
