Legitimacy Perspective Of Enterprise Intellectual Capital Voluntary Information Disclosure Reason Research

After, this paper introduces the intellectual capital, enterprise voluntary information disclosure and influencing factors of the domestic and foreign research situation. According to the article are the theoretical basis of the voluntary information disclosure’s motivation research at home and abroad based on the principal-agent theory, signal theory and information asymmetry theory, there are some shortcomings. In order to further study, this paper introduces the theory of legitimacy, and argues that enterprise intellectual capital information voluntarily disclosure reason mainly comes from the enterprise the legitimacy of the pressure. Legitimacy pressure to quantitative analysis, and put forward the theoretical hypothesis. Article empirical analysis based on the information technology industry in our country source of annual reports of listed companies as samples, using SPSS19.0descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple linear regression analysis, to study conclusions.Article research shows that the enterprise by regulators dispose of it or not, the political association, financial leverage, the board size, the proportion of tradable shares of China’s information technology industry has remarkable effect on voluntary information disclosure of listed companies and independent directors proportion and enterprise intellectual capital voluntary information disclosure no significant influence.
