The Research Of Enterprise Value Evaluation Based On Enterprise Internal Management Demand

With the progress of society and the development of economy, in the1950s it hasappeared a lot of mergers and acquisitions activities between enterprises and the demand ofenterprise value evaluation has increased. It has an important branch of the enterprise value inthe field of assessment. In the1990s, as the purpose of value management and valueappreciation, application field of enterprise value assessment from the external evaluationgradually extends to the enterprise internal management. In the internal of the enterprise, ithas been applied to value management, performance evaluation, salary incentive andmanagement decision. From the needs of enterprise internal management, the articleresearched enterprise value evaluation.The article adopted the method of combining the theoretical analysis and empiricalresearch. First of all, it expounded the article’s research background and research significance,and analyzed the abroad research status about the enterprise internal management andenterprise value evaluation. Secondly it expounded the meaning, purpose and method ofenterprise value evaluation, and explained the application field of the enterprise internalmanagement in enterprise value assessment. When it evaluated enterprise value from theperspective of enterprise internal management, the most appropriate method is the EVA(Economic Value Added). Thirdly, it analyzed the origin and development, calculationformula, accounting adjustment of the economic value added, and explained enterprise valueevaluation model of economic value added. It provided theoretical basis for the furtherresearch. Fourthly, it built and evaluated the EVA enterprise value appraisal system, and putforward the thoughts to improve the EVA enterprise value appraisal system. Finally, as theempirical analysis with the OCT (Overseas Chinese Town) group company, it put forward theestablishment process of EVA enterprise value appraisal system of the OCT group company.Its subsidiary is Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Holding Company. And the articleintroduced calculation principle of EVA and calculation process of the enterprise valueevaluation. Through combined the theoretical analysis and empirical research theoretical, the articlebuilt the EVA value evaluation system based on the needs of enterprise internal management.It can assess the true value of enterprise, strengthen the enterprise internal management,improve the enterprise performance evaluation and salary incentive system, and provide theservice for management decision-making.
