Industrial clusters as a tendency of the growth of regional economy which getsmore and more attention by people and the formation of industrial clusters can givea significant influence on the regional economy. Industrial cluster is not only a rallyon the geographical location but also a rally on the resources, which can expediteadvancement of economies. The rapid economic development has brought a wholebooming of various industries. Logistics as a service industry for the growth of otherindustries which supports and guarantees the growth of economy also gets betterwith the economy progress. Industrial cluster and logistics industry promote eachother, the progress of the industrial cluster provides more demand for the logisticsindustry, logistics gives support and assurance to the industrial clusters’ growth.Therefore, researching the interactive connection between industrial cluster andlogistics system has a big effect.On account of literature, this paper studies the principle of the interactiverelationship between industrial cluster and logistics at first and researches theirinfluencing factors and interactive relationship. The second, this article builds modelon the strength of discuss of connection of industrial cluster and logistics selectingPGDP, labor, fixed assets, level of education and enterprise cost as indexes ofdescribing industrial cluster, and selecting PGDP, logistics labor, logistics capitalstock, condition of the traffic and port cargo throughput as indexes of describing thelogistics industry. Then, this paper select Yangtze river delta manufacturing clustersas the research object to make the empirical research. On the check of the data, theempirical proves industrial cluster and logistics industry promote each other. Thisarticle concludes the main factors to affect industrial cluster and logistics ofShanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu. Through the outcome of model and the actualsituation of the economy, this article presents ways to work out the problems, inorder to promote the benign interaction between the industrial cluster and logisticsindustry.
