With the continuous development of information technology innovation andmanagement thinking, information technology intensified competition amongenterprises has been decided to replace the competitive position of enterprises in thetraditional sense of human, financial and material resources. Only to react marketchanges quickly and effectively, companies can ensure their own survival in thefierce competition, thereby increasing market share, enhance economic efficiency.Thus, more and more companies use ERP systems to enhance their competitiveness,to help companies achieve their leaps and bounds. However, implementation of theERP system is not simply install the software, which requires companies to optimizebusiness processes and related improvements to achieve a good fit with the ERPsystem, so as to make a real ERP system, enabling business operations, managementinnovation. Therefore, accounting business process optimization based on ERP hasbecome a problem in the enterprise development process which had to face. Onlythose with a real-time monitoring of business conditions accounting informationsystems managers to be able to fully understand the real situation of enterprises,which can make quick adjustments when changes in the external environment,guarantee not to be eliminated in the fierce competition.This article is based on the Bowei company’s accounting business processoptimization, studied ERP and accounting business process optimization theory, thetheory of the ERP, business process optimization theory and accounting businessprocess optimization research status theories were introduced, also describes therelationship between the accounting process optimization and ERP, expounded thenecessity of accounting business process optimization in the ERP environment.This article describes the basic situation of Bowei Company, including thestructure, information technology companies and other organizations of the statusquo, the status quo were analyzed accounting business processes. Select a businessin which the procurement process, sales process, inventory management process,collection process and payment processes, illustrates the basic situation of eachprocess, analyzed the existing problems. To solve these problems, this paper aimsand principles of the company’s accounting business process optimization, designoptimization, and the results are expected to implement. Combined with the actualsituation and the results of theoretical research enterprise, analyzes the problemsafter implementation of the program in terms of optimizing the organization,infrastructure, technical personnel, corporate information flow may encounter, and to address these issues and provide a response to the risk.
