| Our country’s tobacco industry has carried out a second great reform just because ofthe competition in the modern world. Along with china’s domestic tobacco industry’sreform and opening-up policy’s implementation, trmenders changes is taking place in ourexternal environment when a great many of enterprises are just adapting and digesting.However, whether the market performance related to the modification of marketconcentration rate forced by our government or not? Few bodies have given theanswer,this paper is trying to prove this hypothesis to research the relation betweenMarket Concentration Rate and Market Performance,along with the expanding ofindustrial organizational theory, which is the basic tsheory of strategic management.Market Concentration Rate can be described by production、sales revenue、the totallyincreasing of fixed assets、the number of obtaining employment and so on. According tothe needs of exploring, the enterprise’s Market Performance can be seen as four specialcategories as follows: grooving up patent、gaining profit patent、paying debt patent、operating patent and so on.Firstly, I have researched present literature and make use of some excellent studyingmethods. Secondly, based on the classical theory of "SCP" model in Industrial Economicsand seen it as theoretical foundation, looking the Market Concentration Rate and MarketPerformance as two variables and putting forward four basic hypotheses. Based on2006-2011data as samples, taking use of statistical software SPSS19.0to descriptive statistics andregression analysis. Finally, based on the third tobacco industry reorganization and theresults of empirical research, I give my suggestions like strengthening the corporategovernance、optimizing the structure of debt and fixed assets、improving the serviceefficiency of funds and so on, and I hope these recommendations may be received littleattention by our government. |
