Research On Building Financial Sharing Services Mode Of HL Company

With the rapid development of social economy and information technology, more and more trans-regional and inter-industry enterprises have emerged, the competition among various enterprises increasingly fierce. Financial management is the core of enterprise management, but some enterprise operation cost is high, financial efficiency is low, poor quality of financial information. Therefore, in order to achieve large-scale expansion and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, there are more companies begin to adopt new financial management mode——Financial Sharing Services Mode. Build financial shared services can promote the transformation of corporate finance functions, improve the efficiency of corporate finance work and enhance the overall value of the enterprise.This paper uses the case study method and studies the financial management status of HL Company. Firstly, it analyzes and summarizes the current financial management situation, finding that there are many problems in the HL Company’s financial management, such as high cost, low financial efficiency, positioning fuzzy and other issues. Therefore, it is necessary to build financial sharing services mode for HL Company.Secondly, because of the problems, this paper focuses on how to build financial sharing services mode for HL Company. With the guiding ideology, building the financial sharing services center as a supporter. Then it re-integrated HL Company’s current organizational structure, business process and information systems.Finally, combining with the HL Company’s situation, this paper gives some suggestions in transformation of ideas, team building, quality of financial information and other aspects. Hope that this paper can provide initial guidance for the company’s financial management reform and has some practical significance in guiding the implementation of financial sharing services mode in HL Company.
