AS our country capital market becoming more and more open, securities companies are facing higher competitive pressure. Securities brokerage business, securities companies in China the main profit source, is central to the brokerage business. Expand market securities brokerage business is the key to constantly develop new customers and maintain old customer, therefore, strengthen the customer relations management of the securities brokerage business is the key to the brokerage to maintain profit strategy. As a well-funded, research and development ability of securities companies, in recent years, ZT securities company is in a decline in the brokerage business, its customer relationship management to strengthen the brokerage business requirement is very urgent. In order to reverse the brokerage business, ZT securities companies to promote the construction of the customer relationship management (CRM) system, the hardware investment, organization structure adjustment and a series of reform on the system construction, the purpose is to use advanced customer relationship management system, lead to the development of brokerage business.Based on ZT securities company customer relationship management reform as the research object, first analyses the reform of the relevant theoretical basis, including service theory and the theory of customer relationship management, etc. Secondly, this paper studied the ZT the present situation of the securities company customer relationship management, analyzed in old customer relationship management (CRM) system, the problems existing in the company. Again, the research analyzes the ZT new securities company customer relationship management reform plan design, including the concept of securities brokerage business to remake, customer relationship management of all kinds of form a complete set of system design, process and system of organization design and the function of the customer relationship management (CRM) software design and so on. Finally, take the FSD sales department for example, this research verified the achievements that the sale department required thought the customer relationship management system.
