Diagnostics And Optimization Of Management Information System On Sanding Group In Corporation

With the further acceleration of economic globalization, a large number of multinational corporations which have already realized the highly information technology flood into Chinese market. It causes huge subsistence and development pressure to domestic enterprises, especially to private conglomerates, they can feel more sensitive with the competition pressure brought by asymmetric use of information technology. In order to deal with the increasingly fierce competitive situation and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, many conglomerates began to using the tools of informatization completely to support the business development and strategic planning of enterprises. Informatization has become an important means for the group enterprises to promote and drive innovation and upgrading of various management tasks in the new development era.The purpose of this paper is to find out the mismatching between the level of informatization application and demands of the enterprise’s development, and propose constructive solutions and optimization programs. First, this paper draws on the informatization application results of foreign enterprise in the development process and combines the supporting effect which brought by the tool of informatization on enterprise management. Then start from the positioning of the informatization strategy of Sanding Group Enterprise, diagnosis and analysis the work of informatization setup of Sanding with the model of Nolan.Based on the Sanding Group’s development plan of recent ten-year and development outline of the five-year, this paper analyzes whether the management and control capacity of traditional control mode can meet the development demand of intensified, diversified and international operation and whether the current informatization tool for bearing modern management concept can effectively support the realization of the strategic development planning, and thus gets the new demands of Sanding Group’s rapid development on the supporting function of the informatization tool. Meanwhile, with the analysis on the perfect model of Sanding Group’s informatization construction and the defining of the realization objective and the method selection of informatization management and diagnosis, this paper develops Sanding Group’s informatization management and diagnosis proposal, which includes diagnosis basis, implementation description and difficulty estimated in implementation. In this paper, the diagnosis focuses on the integration of existing system, function satisfaction, data information utilization, recognition and evaluation on informatization function with the application of informatization of Sanding Group’s. Based on the results of the above work, this paper advances seven problems in the application of Sanding Informatization application at present: incapable of meeting the construction objective of informatization setup strategic planning, supporting diversified management demand, meeting the demand of keeping competitiveness, meeting the demand of financial business integration, meeting the demand of decision-making support and information disclosure, forming a uniform data center and evaluating the investment return improperly. Finally, this paper advances the direction of optimizing Sanding Group’s informatization application, that is, to enhance training and education on informatization setup risk, set up Sanding Group’s data center, optimize and promote the prior information system functions, improve the short slab of informatization management and achieve the application of an auxiliary decision-making informatization system-business intelligence and new informatization technology.
