Research On The Application Of Neural Network Algorithm In The Risk Warning Of New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Fraud

Establishment of new rural cooperative medical system, is the only way ofbuilding a well-off society and building a socialist harmonious society. In addition,the new rural cooperative medical system (hereinafter referred to as " NCMS ") isalso directly related to China ’s health and interests of hundreds of millions offarmers, especially for urban and rural development, building a moderatelyprosperous society of great significance. At present, China ’s new rural cooperativemedical care system in the pilot work is exploring a gradual manner. As China’s newrural cooperative is currently in its infancy, the management system and theimplementation of the method is still not perfect, facing many difficulties,contradictions and problems in the actual operation of the process. Therefore, tofurther improve the new rural cooperative medical work, the pilot must address theproblems, countermeasures, to lay the foundation for the steady progress in thefuture, the good run, so that farmers get real benefits. The main purpose of thisthesis is to edit a lot of health insurance information into the original database, sothat a mathematical model based on the raw data to build a self-learning, theestablishment of the original female general information data, based on the neuralnetwork model of fraud, combined with a certain area of a medical institutionqualitative and quantitative analysis of the extent of fraud reimbursement data. Byimplementing this method, this model can achieve good test results, achieve thepurpose of early warning.Based on the characteristics of the new rural cooperative, this thesis expoundedChina’s rural areas at this stage of the new rural cooperative medical insurance objectsand features, combined with relevant case studies abroad insurance fraud, the neuralnetwork algorithm NCMS insurance fraud risks Early Warning countermeasures. First,this paper describes the concept of neural networks, function description, factoranalysis, the establishment of a new rural cooperative medical insurance fraudbehavior neural network prediction model, this model through Visual C++and otherprocedures set matalb constructed model executable program. Then, through dataanalysis, research and testing, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the extent offraud and fraud warning made to further improve the work has practicalsignificance. Establishment of rural cooperative medical insurance system for sustainabledevelopment, most of our farmers to ensure access to health services, is therealization of China’s economic and social co-ordinating urban and rural development,an important task to establish a new socialist countryside. Therefore, we must makepolicy to ensure that the vital interests of farmers are not violated.
