Research On Value Evaluation Of Equity Of Wuxin Blood Plasma Stations

Blood plasma stations as the supplier of raw materials of blood productsmanufacturing enterprises has always played an important role in the production ofblood products. In order to get more and better plasma blood products, enterpriseshave to continue to merger and acquisition blood plasma station recently. Bloodproducts manufacturing enterprises need to assess the value of blood plasma stationsin the process of acquisition of the plasma stations which can contribute to thedetermination of the acquisition price. However, there are very few cases inconnection with the value evaluation of blood plasma station on the market currently,and it have been some places worth learning and promotion existing in the cases, yetthere are still some problems and defects in the value evaluation of blood plasmastation. Therefore, it is significant to strengthen the research of value evaluation ofblood plasma station.The paper is based on the research of domestic and abroad. It summarizes thebasic theories and methods of value evaluation, and on this basis, the paper used thecase analysis to relate the evaluation theories to the physical truth of blood plasmastations. The object of this study is the value evaluation of equity of WuXin bloodplasma stations. Through analysis of the present situation of value evaluation, theauthor summarize the advantages and disadvantages in the value evaluation of bloodplasma stations and try to formulate some improvement program and recommenda-tions against for the problems that exist in the value evaluation of blood plasmastations: the emphasis on the control of evaluation risk, the optimization of evaluationindicators, the consideration of the impact of equity liquidity discount and synergieseffects, the introduction of real options to improve the evaluation model.This paper considers the cases that the value evaluation of equity of WuXinblood plasma stations. The results will be more representative and universality, and itplays a major role in improving the accuracy of value evaluation which can makes thevalue evaluation more reasonable and complete to provide experience for other valueevaluation of blood plasma station.
