With China’s accession to the WTO and the basic cross-strait "three links" to achieve cross-strait industrial trade gradually strengthen, open inland policies to attract more Taiwanese investment in inland agricultural economy. Ningde, Fujian, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou and other places of investment and marketing activities to strengthen the opportunities for cooperation and exchanges between the two places of agriculture. Research and analysis of competitive cross-strait agricultural trade and complementarity, between Taiwan and inland political and economic development has a significant impact.In essence, the cross-strait agricultural trade within a country belonging to trade in the administrative and geographical areas concerned. However, due to historical issues taking into account the special relationship between the two sides are now currently on its way in the operation, is still basically in accordance with international financial practices. Therefore, in order to Fujian and Taiwan agricultural trade as the research object, not only help to strengthen the deeper of cross-strait cooperation to achieve cross-strait exchanges and cooperation in economy, trade, finance, tourism, commerce and other aspects of the establishment of a good cooperation and win-win situation for the promotion of political, economic, cultural, social and other areas has substantive significance between.In this paper, Fujian and Taiwan agricultural development model and product competition structure analysis to determine the cross-strait economic and trade dependence, competitive analysis and complementary space on both sides. The ralations between the taiwan and fujian Agricultural trade are deeply explored from the perspective of Complementarity and Competitiveness. Based on the analysis, this thesis reaches a conclusion that taiwan and fujian should explore complementary advantages to reinforce cooperation and communication in agriculture, promote collectivelly farm produce competitiveness to realize the advancement of agricultural industry and drive joiltly sustainable development between the taiwan and fujian Agricultural trade. Meanwhile, this essay, on the one hand, provide The relevant department with the suggestion for their policy-making. On the other hand, it will offer the analytical foundation to promote mutually beneficial trade between cross-strait industrial trade.
