Enterprise development history proved that technology is weak,relying on natural resources and labor advantages of the enterprises, thelack of core competitiveness in today’s rapidly changing living spacegetting smaller and smaller, and gradually embarked on the road of beingeliminated. Therefore, the development of enterprises should learn fromhistory, emphasis on investment in technology capital. As one of theimportant industrial transformation and upgrading of the German machineryindustry, manufacturing industry, the higher the demand for independentcore technology. In recent years a large number of its national R&Dinvestment, its international competitiveness is gradually increased.Therefore, the technology capital operation of China’s machinerymanufacturing industry enterprises to analyze is important.In this paper, case study research methods adopted, select themachinery manufacturing industry leader-Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd.as an example. Technology combined with the theory of capital operation,more systematic and comprehensive analysis of the company’s technologycapital accumulation has to realize value from the value of the entireprocess, leading to the conclusion and make relevant recommendations forimprovement.Basic point of this paper is that in the era of knowledge economy,technology has gradually replaced the traditional elements of theelements to become the main driver of growth in enterprise value driven,how full play to the capital value of technology to create this functionhas become in the competition must face important issue. Enterprise whois in order to obtain sustainable development in this race for technicalinformation is necessary to make effective management of operationalprocesses to maximize efficiency. At the same time, with the technicalelements rising enterprise status, so that technical capital toparticipate in distribution of income and corporate governance also adaptallocation model and governance structure of development of productiveforces. But both the operational or technical participation capital andtechnology capital gains distribution and corporate governance, inacademia have yet to give a very complete analysis framework, the currentstudy also mostly pure theory and empirical research-based.Contents of this paper consists of six parts. Namely introduction,literature book review, case descriptions and perspectives, case studies, technical capital to participate in income distribution, and a conclusion.Firstly, the theory of technical detail sort of capital operation,including operational analysis process technology capital, namely theaccumulation of technological capital raising, identificationconfirmation, market operation and put into use in four stages, basedon this technology explored further capital involved in issues relatedto income distribution and corporate governance; while introducing thetheory, the paper with the actual situation of the Shenyang Machine Toolto specific analysis, theory and case closely linked. During the analysiswe find that all aspects of the Shenyang Machine Tool Technology Capitaloperations have an advantage, but there are many problems, such astechnical capital can not effectively be confirmed promptly, technologysingle mode operation of the capital markets and other issues. The main conclusion is that thetechnology is not able to start to create value for the enterprise, itrequires a carrier to the capital from the technical process.
