Decoration industry as a rising industry, after nearly ten years ofdevelopment, has become China’s economic consumption hot and newpoints of economic growth. With the rapid development of decorationindustry, decoration competition among enterprises is becomingincreasingly fierce, in order to ensure their competitive position, theenterprises have to seek effective ways and means, build and consolidatethe core competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, with a largenumber of foreign enterprises into the open China decoration market,further exacerbated by the Home Furnishing and supplier forwardintegration and real estate development backward integration, the marketcompetition, make sense to more and more decoration company, in orderto increase the economic efficiency of enterprises in the complex marketenvironment opportunities and challenges, enhance core competitiveness,we must strengthen the cost management of enterprises. However, thecurrent cost management mode currently adopted by most of thedecoration of our country has been unable to adapt to the changingenvironment. Therefore, conversion cost management idea, to broadenthe scope of cost management, optimize the cost management method,exploring the new cost management mode, to adapt to modern economic development be imperative.This paper uses the method of theoretical research and enterprisepractice, strategic cost management for decoration enterprise is studied.The strategic management theory frame of wood were studied, throughthe analysis of decorative resources in the application of strategic costmanagement, according to a comprehensive summary of most currentdecoration enterprises in cost management now and existing problems;then a detailed analysis of the strategic positioning decoration enterpriseanalysis, from the cost driver analysis decoration industry the externaland internal value chain analysis and decoration companies tounderstand the decoration enterprises in the application of strategic costmanagement, and analyzes the decoration company evaluation in thefeasibility application of strategic cost management and the effectthrough the analysis of examples, puts forward the relevant measures todeepen the decoration enterprise strategic cost management.
