Study On The Relationship Between Cost And Service Level Of Automobile Parts Logistics

In recently years, China’s automobile industry rapid develop rapidly. More and more automobile enterprises began to core business to focus on themselves originally belonging to deal with their own logistics and distribution services to more professional logistics service enterprises. At the same time, professional logistics service logistics enterprises started develop rapidly. The competition of logistics enterprises have gradually intensified. Each logistics enterprises are facing this situation that how to improve their market’s competitiveness. However, most of the logistics service method is relatively simple. These services are not able to meet the individual needs of customers. If continue to improve the relationship between logistics service level and may ignore the service level and cost benefit in order to meet the needs of customers.In this paper, the characteristic of automotive parts logistics distribution in our country is the basis of elaboration. According to the characteristics of auto-parts, we can distribution to the logistics service level into basic services function and accessories Service function. On the basis of this situation, theoretical modeling of the relationship between logistics service level and cost effective application of game theory. Finally, push the relationship between optimal cost are derived under the Nash equilibrium point and customer preferences. According to this model, the logistics enterprises can adjust the customer for the basic service and value-added service preferences about logistics strategy. This model can become a reference when logistics enterprises facing different downstream automobile manufacturing enterprise or a series of supply. So, logistics enterprises can enhance the competitiveness and increase of efficiency.
