In the situation of economic globalization, the environment changes rapidly and the competition increases more and more fierce. The knowledge and learning ability play an increasingly important role in promoting technological innovation. Under this environment, the learning organization should survival, and the enterprise must become a learning organization that can achieve the sustainable development. In face of the rapidly change of technological environment, the enterprise should set up the idea of organization learning gradually and pour into it. Promoting the enterprise to become a learning organization is the only way that must be passed to improve technological innovation. For the enterprise, how to use the knowledge to achieve continuous innovation become the main challenges in the process of organization learning. In response to these challenges, how to choose the organizational learning modes has a vital importance for the enterprise. An appropriate means of organizational learning can help the enterprise to identify and use the internal and external environment effectively. Through the organizational learning the enterprise could change all kinds of knowledge into competitive advantage.This study selects the mode that divides organization learning into single-loop learning, double-loop leaning and Deutero-learning. This study uses this classic classification mode to verify the relationship between organizational learning and technological innovation. In order to optimize the knowledge resource in the future, we should identify the complementary effect of the differences organization learning patterns. This study proposes the hypothesis, verifying the interaction effect of different organization learning patterns and the relationship of technological innovation.First, this research summaries and analysis the related literatures, sums up the various classification of organizational learning modes, the relationship between learning style and technology innovation. Defining the main variables of this paper, and then build the concept model that the relationship between different organizational learning modes and technological innovation. At last, we put forward the corresponding theoretical research hypothesis. In view of the research model and the foundation previous research, we designed this questionnaire for this study. We use the SPSS19.0to analysis the data that collect though the questionnaire. This study uses the method that the descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to verify the effectiveness of theoretical assumption that proposed. Then, this study summarized and discussed the research result, analyzed the correlation between variables and how the interaction effect of different organizational learning influence the technological innovation. Finally, this study points out the shortage of this research and the direction of the future research.
