Small and micro businesses have become an important force in the economic construction of our country by its flexible market adaptability, and also play a very important role in the economy of our country and social development. According to statistics, the number of SMEs in our country accounted for the proportion of total number of enterprises has reached99%. SMEs provide nearly80%of urban jobs, the technical innovation achievements they have accounted for over75%of the total, the added value they create equivalent to60%of GDP in China, among which the number of Small and micro businesses accounted for about97%. But Small and micro businesses of their own development is very difficult. The average life of our Small and micro businesses is only2.9years, more than80%of which hardly to live over3years. Though the global average life of Small an micro businesses are continuously shortened, ours are still at a low level. Therefore, to enhance the market adaptability of our Small and micro businesses and to extent their life has certain practical significance.This paper based on system analysis of relevant research at home and abroad, expounds the concept and features of Small and micro businesses, and analyses the current situation of our Small and micro businesses based on statistical data, and finds out the present problem. This paper analyzes the market adaptability influencing factors of Small and micro businesses from five aspects including the market financing ability, market competition, market reaction ability, strain capacity and technology adaptability, sets up a comprehensive evaluation index system which include5second level indexes and17third level indexes to evaluate the market adaptability of small and micro businesses on the basis of comprehensiveness, comparability, operability and combination of qualitative and quantitative principles. In the market adaptability assessment of Small and micro businesses, this paper uses the fuzzy preference relation to determine the weight of evaluation index, and evaluates the XX small and micro business by using multi-level extensive comprehension evaluation, then put forward strategies to promote the market adaptability of Small and micro businesses.
