Using the70listing Corporation of gem asthe sample, With the2012data of the sample enterprises, it analyzed and evaluated theirgrowth by using factor analysis method. By the method of factor analysis, it obtained the fivemain factor score of the sample enterprise, profit ability, development ability, operationability, debt paying ability, and innovation ability, and the comprehensive score and rankingof the listing Corporations, Then it detailed analysis of the overall growth situation of China’sgrowth enterprise market of listing Corporation. The conclusion shows: from the overallgrowth, the growth of China’s GEM listed companies has a large difference, the overalldevelopment level is low, and need to be improved, especially the innovation ability of the enterprise is obviously insufficient. Innovation capability should be further improved. Finally,in order to increase the growth of listing Corporation of GEM market, it puts forward relatedsuggestions and countermeasures. From it, the listing Corporation can identify its owndeficiencies, and it laid a good foundation for promoting listing Corporation of GEM marketto develop even more healthily.
