With the emergence of Social Networking Services (SNS), Internet and its usage havechanged. A variety of social networking tools allow people to share information, make interactivecommunication and collaborate with others more easily and conveniently. With the continuousdevelopment of social networks, companies are beginning to realize the power of SNS. More andmore companies began to integrate SNS into the company’s existing system and gradually appliedto the daily operation and management, which would promote the efficiency of enterprisemanagement, collaboration, communication and other aspects. SNS has become new driving forceto promote the companies’ information construction. Using SNS to enhance the level ofinformation has made many enterprises gain significant achievements.This paper introduced application of enterprise social networking in enterprise by usingliterature research method, comparison research method and case study research method.Moreover, this paper analyzed the representative enterprise social networking products at homeand abroad. Finally, the paper cited the China Henan International Cooperation Group (CHICO) asan actual case then forecasted the benefit.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, including thebackground and practical significance of this research, literature review, research method andresearch content; Chapter two has a brief introduction of the underlying theory; Chapter threeintroduces the domestic and foreign representative enterprise social networking products; ChapterFour cites CHICO as an example to analyze application method of enterprise social networkingand forecast the effect of application of enterprise social networks in enterprise; the last part isconclusion of this study.This paper aims to explore whether the enterprise needs to establish enterprise socialnetworking or not, how the enterprise social networking could influence the enterprise after theestablishment of enterprise social networking and how the companies choose a suitable enterprisesocial platform and then establish a successful enterprise social network.
