Research On The Informatization Development Strategy Of Zhanjiang Local Taxation Bureau In The Context Of The Third Phase Of Golden Tax Project

With the development of information technology and the extensive application of the computer, all fields are actively applied to the IT work. Informatization has become significant feature of global economic and social development, and gradually evolved into a full range of social change. Therefore, the tax service has more and more service platform and means. It is a good time to develop the taxation informatization now. With the gradual advance of the Third Phase of Golden Tax Project, the informatization development of CHINA Taxation entered into the phase of integration to the depth development. Taxation informatization construction is facing new changes and challenges. How to determine the direction of development in the new period, solve problems, has become an important topic of the current informatization construction of local taxation bureau.This paper researched the taxation informatization construction stage and present situation, seeking informatization strategy for Zhanjiang Local Taxation Bureau in the context of the Third Phase of Golden Tax Project. Firstly, this paper extends the meaning and content of taxation informatization from the definition of information technology, and expounds the significance of taxation informatization. Secondly, this paper analyzed the macro environment analysis using the PEST method and the Nolan model for development of Zhanjiang Local Taxation Informatization. Thirdly, summarized the status, combined survey results, and analyzed the factors affecting Zhanjiang Local Taxation Informatization using the SWOT method. Finally, combined with the reality of Zhanjiang local tax collection and management work, puts forward the development thought of Zhanjiang Local Taxation Informatization., and puts forward the strategies and measures.
