Research On The Impacts Of China’s Stock Market Financing On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

Abstract:With the rapid development of the national economy,some serious problems about china’s industrial structure have been exposed.On one hand,the impact of the global financial crisis on the real economy reveals the the fragility of China’s industrial structure.On the other hand,the pattern of economic growth which is characterized by low efficient and high consumption is facing the constraints of resource.The problem about the industrial structure can not adapt to the requirements of economic development is becoming the main factor that restrict the economic sustainable development of our country.So,the industrial structure need to upgrade.Based on the function of gathering and allocating resource,stock market becomes an important channel of rising funds for the development of industry.So, research of the impacts of China’s stock market financing on the upgrading of industrial structure have important significance.This paper combine with the related theory of finance and industry economics,and use the methods of qualitative and quantitative to analyze the the impacts of China’s stock market financing on the upgrading of industrial structure.Firstly,analysis the mechanism that stock market financing affects the upgrading of industrial structure from the perspective of qualitative.Then,describe stock market financing in our country and the evolution process of industrial structure,and compare the differences between regions.In the subsequent empirical, the results of the empirical show that China’s stock market financing promotes the upgrading of industrial structure,and the promotion have prominent difference between regions.Finally, put forward some suggestion.
