Catering enterprises facing with the increasing competitions, they had to change the existing business model, and the catering group buying arose at the historic moment. During the rapid development, the catering group buying also faces a lot of problems, such as protecting customer rights. Along with the problems, the enterprises closed down one after another. Therefore, the service quality of the catering group buying has to be improved to make the customer satisfaction get a big increasing. This is the only way to get a sustainability development.This study is based on the predecessors’studies, and I divide the catering group buying service quality into the catering enterprises service quality and group-buying service quality. On the basis of the relevant studies, I propose the research model and assumptions and build a reliably reasonable scale. This research collects data throng questionnaire survey and use SPSS16.0to analyze the reliability and validity of the data, the results show that the catering enterprise service scale and the group buying website service quality scale is reliable and reasonable. Through the correlation analysis and using AMOS17.0, I get the following conclusions:(1) The catering enterprise service quality and its factors have significant correlation with customer satisfaction;(2) The group buying website service quality and its factors have significant correlation with customer satisfaction;(3) Tangibles, responsiveness and reliability all have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction;(4) Pre-sale quality, in sale quality and after-sale quality all have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction too. After the analysis to the conclusions, I put forward several reasonable proposals to the catering enterprise and the group buying website to improve the service quality of the catering group buying and ultimately get the increasing of the customer satisfaction.
