The reform of salary system is the essential part of the development ofcompanies which has important impact both on staffs’ enthusiasm to the company andthe the company’s development. With the development of economical environment andhuman resource management, more business managers realize that staffs should not belimited to certain post. In order to increase the efficiency and achieve the managementobjectives, business managers need to encourage staffs to undertake various kinds ofjobs and work in more innovative ways positively. This article takes an automobile salesand service company, the Z company, as an example, and analyzes several commonquestions focusing on the reform of the salary system of salesman in Z company.The study of the reform of salary system in Z company is divided into5parts inthis article. The first part is about the background information and the meaning of thisstudy; the second part is about salary theory and related knowledge; the third part isabout basic information of Z company and the current salary system of it; the fourth partis about the project design of Z company’s salary system; the fifth part is about theoutlook and analysis of the feasibility of the new salary system in Z company.This article will first make a summary about Z company’s salary system according tothe analysis of the current system, and then find out the main problems of currentsystem so that a better salary principle can be confirmed. The foundation of salarysystem will also be confirmed through analysis of the company’s jobs along with itsmanagement objectives.
