Analysis ofthe major domestic and foreign loan pricing model, especially the commercial bank ’smarginal operating costs, risk compensation, profit targets, and the client relations andmarket competition and other factors, which contains the basic principles of loan pricingof the great.Through strict control of interest rate period, try period, interest rate adjustmentperiod, the interest rate liberalization of interest rate volatility free floating period, theprocess of interest rate marketization reform is not radical but gradual, which isdetermined by the macro-economic background, the government intention and behavior,as well as the " external environment " is especially and influence function ofcommercial banks results in micro the economic subject. As the domestic interest ratemarket reform gradually thorough, commercial bank loan pricing autonomy had newbreakthrough, new initiatives, new development, but the problem is highlighted.Loan pricing of commercial bank credit management must foster strengths andcircumvent weaknesses, draw on the advantages and avoid disadvantages, mustconsider the market competition and the bank’s own development goals and otherfactors, to achieve by improving the market interest rate system and the pricingmechanism of the interest rate, determining a single benchmark interest rate pricingmechanism, establish the interest rate pricing system, improve the scientific andefficient to improve the internal control mechanism, interest rate risk and improve riskcontrol and management capacity of the path.
