The writing of this paper mainly focuses on China’s credit card market to the healthy development of the issues. After the economic crisis, As one of the "three carriages" export began to face serious problems, Increased government investment this problem also has serious limitations and unsustainable. In this context, as the economic lever of national macro-control means to promote China’s economic growth played a role can not be ignored. Sincethe reform of economic system, as one of the three major credit leverageeconomic levers have received great attention. Through developing consumer credit, make every attempt to expand consumption demand has become the main driving force of economic growth in china.Credit card is a new financial products with the consumer credit function just became the effective carrier of credit leverage, effectively maintain the total balance of China’s economy, promoting China’s rapid economic development.This paper first introduced the credit card and its two functions, then analyzes its functions from the point of view of electronic money Marx’s monetary theory, expounds its consumer credit function from the perspective of western consumption theory. Objective is from a scientific point of view, discusses the healthy development of the credit card on the importance of economic growth. Then use the process of China’s credit card market development in a large amount of data analysis, obtains the development present situation and in the expansion of gross domestic investment and improve the national consumption level field effect. Through the analysis on the development direction of China’s credit card in detail, at present a lot of our credit card market existing problems is obvious. Credit card penetration rate is low, a high proportion of sleep card waste banks credit card market cost, poor profitability, illegal cash causing economic boom, credit card debt impact bank financial system, five problems interacting with our credit card further development.In this paper, after analyzing the shortcomings of China’s credit card market appeared immediately after the exploration of the causes of problems, namely Chinese consumption culture, the credit card of target groups is too concentrated, credit card consumption environment, the bank internal risk prevention system is not perfect and the bank credit mechanism to control not precise. After analyzing the problems of the reason is not difficult to find a solution to the problem, this paper finally from the government, banks and individual three aspects to solve the credit market problems. The government should guide the credit card industry, banks should strengthen the internal construction should also strengthen credit culture. On the basis of Marx’s monetary theory and the consumption demand of the western consumption theory, relying on the "Chinese credit card industry development blue book","2012China credit card","in2013fourth quarter report of the payment system operation of the overall situation" relevant data to build model. Methods of data analysis and empirical analysis, provides a powerful data support for study.
