Leisure tourism is another important mode of travel in addition to tourism, which is being developed-Tourism resort appears to meet the demand of leisure tourism destination.Tourism resort is popular for more than half a century and it has become the main part of tourism industry in developed countries.Holiday tourism is gradually developing in third world countries, which is strengthen the popular trend. Holiday tourism of our country is in rapid growth stage and the tourism industry accelerates the upgrading. High tourist resort tourism experience, quality of service is also very crucial. But there has been many scholars on the relationship between service quality and satisfaction of different opinions, and for the tourism industry, there is no study of the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction of tourism resort.So In this paper, from the perspective of customer perception, research by means of literature analysis, mathematical statistics. we can element of resort service quality. Function mechanism and the dimension of service quality on customer satisfaction. Based on the PZB (1988) the five dimensions of service quality model proposed, this study from the tourism science, statistics and other point of view, combined with relevant literature and resort properties, puts forward six dimensions of service quality: Resort Hotel, catering, infrastructure, culture and entertainment facilities, shopping, environment. And to explore the relationship between the degree and direction in the presence of various dimensions of service quality and customer satisfaction of tourist resort of the index. The specific method is correlation analysis by Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, namely whether there is linear correlation between variables, and the linear correlation is positive or negative. In this study, Wanda Chang’bai Mountain international resort area as the research object, through empirical analysis we can verify the research hypothesis. Studies have shown that the hotel, catering, culture and entertainment facilities, shopping, environment will affect the customer satisfaction.
