FTP is effective solution at profit and cost in the bank’s operations and management, the reasonable allocation of resources, control risk, good pricing and other issues, as commercial banks continue to improve level of operating and management.This article based on XX commercial bank management status, analyzed the characteristics and shortcomings of the balance funds management model in the performance evaluation.
