Research On Special Risk Management Of Insurance Group

In the rapid development of the economy and globalization, the financial markets grow rapidly, and the development of financial groups has become one of the best choices of financial institutions all over the world. With the further deepening of reform and opening up, Chinese insurance industry to develop into Insurance Groups too. Insurance Group by achieving economies of scale, economies of scope, synergies can be obtained to reduce costs and increase profits. Currently, the Insurance Group has become the main part of Chinese insurance market. However, the insurance group also brought new risks. Financial crisis from2007to2008is to raise awareness of the great dangers of the special risks in insurance groups.The management of special risk in insurance groups has gotten more and more attention.Research on these special risks has also made a lot of achievements. However, these researches paid little attention on Insurance Group, and most of them are on the side of the perspective.This paper consists of six chapters, whose main contents are as follows: Chapter0is the introduction. Chapter1gives an overview of Insurance Group. Chapter2overviews special risks in Insurance Group and classifies them. Chapter3describes the development process and the status of Chinese Insurance Groups.Chapter4analyses the specific measures of the risk management in China. Chapter5gives some advice on how to improve chinese special risk management.
