An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Service Industry Of Tianjin On Economic Development Mode Transformation

Based on the statistical data of Tianjin, this paper made empirical analysis on the impact of the growth of service industry on influence of Economic development mode transformation in Tianjin. The empirical analysis includes many aspects such as service industry on economic growth elasticity, employment elasticity, and the energy consumption of the service industrials. The results show that:Tianjin development of service industry transition has a strong impact on economic development The pulling ability of the service industry especially the modern service industry on the growth of economic and the labor employment are very obvious. And there is a very big space for development in the modern services industry. The energy consumption of tertiary industry are lower than the energy consumption of secondary industry. We need to promote the tertiary industry especially the development of modern service industry for the further transformation of development of economy in Tianjin.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part expound the background and the significance of the topic. The second part defined the concepts which are related to transformation of economic development mode and service industry. The third part evaluated the transformation of economic development indicators measure based on the specific circumstances of Tianjin, It found that there are grate impact on Tianjin transformation of economic development mode to the industry structure and resources of environmental indicators index. Due to space limitations not all of the indicators one by one exhaustive analysis, this article will focus on a detailed study of the tertiary industry output value, the proportion of tertiary industry, carbon emissions per unit of GDP for several indicators of the transformation of economic development in Tianjin. The fourth part analyzed the1978-2012the change of three industries structure of Tianjin, and by empirical analysis results that tertiary industry GDP contribution of flexibility, the ability to stimulate employment are higher than the second industry at this stage of the city. The fifth part empirical analysis that all industries in Tianjin1996-2012structural changes in the intensity of energy consumption, the results is that in terms of respect of Tianjin. It is the best choice to solve the current energy consumption and GDP growth contradiction to keep the second premise of industrial development,and to increase the tertiary industry. The sixth part compared with the U.S. service sector development in Tianjin, and proposed that the development services of Tianjin need to learn the pattern of developed countries. The seventh part describes the main conclusions of the paper and some suggestions.
