Industral Structure Adjustment Under Constraints Of Resources And Environmental Of Shanxi Province

Industrial structure is an important link of economic development, industrialstructure is reasonable and efficient to keep the economy work well and thesustainable development of ecological environment have a vital role, so to adjust andoptimize industrial structure, both to the country and the region is of far-reachingsignificance; Especially on the economic development of Shanxi Province in thetransformation of resource-based region but also has interaction with the full weight.With the rapid growth of economy, the pursuit of economic increasing and thecontradiction between the finiteness of natural resources and irrefragable is more andmore acute. Faced with the double restriction of resources and environment, industrialstructure adjustment and transformation is more important.Shanxi Province in the past few decades has experienced rapid economic growth,but because of excessive dependence on high energy consumption industries, andextensive mode of development, so pay a huge price for economic development,resource exhausted, environment also suffered great damage. Many resource-basedregions are consume resources in the province (especially coal mining) as the leadingindustry, since such a single industrial structure, caused by the excessive use ofresources and waste, also inhibits the development of other industries. How to jumpout of the trap resources advantage, optimize the industrial structure, and industry forthe development of high-tech, low pollution, realize green development, thesustainable development of Shanxi Province is the key problem facing in ShanxiProvince.This paper describes the domestic and foreign scholars about the evaluation ofindustrial structure, resources and environment under the constraint of industrialstructure adjustment and optimization of research and the main viewpoint about thepoint of view; Then from the output structure, Labour structure, investment andconsumption aspects analyzes the evolution process of industrial structure in ShanxiProvince, the resources in Shanxi Province are analyzed, at the same time withindustrial structure entropy to determine the efficiency of the present industrialstructure of Shanxi Province; Finally after clear the development direction after findout the various industry optimization path of development, proposed the resources andenvironment under the double constraints of Shanxi Province industrial structureadjustment and optimization method, makes every effort to shanxi’s industrialstructure adjustment to make a little contribution.
