The Study Of The Problems And Stratedies Of Financial Supports For Countryside, Agriculture And Farmers

Abstract: Rural finance is increasingly becoming the core of the rural economy, and thefinancial support for the development of countryside, agriculture and farmers is a hot anddifficult issue in the current economic and social development. With the gradual brodening ofrevelent policy’s effects, the rural economy has made considerable progress, but, at the sametime,the problems and difficulties restricting financial supports for countryside,agricultureand farmers are gradually revealed. Therefore, it is urgent to further perfect the revelentnational financial policy and monetary credit policy to improve the capability of financialsupport for countryside,agriculture and farmers.In the paper, firstly, a theoretical study on rural finance and an analysis on the currenttheory and policy frameworks are made in the first part. Based on the former theories andpolicies, the situation of Qian county’s rural economic development, the financial system andthe financial supports for countryside, agriculture and farmers are analyzed and concluded.That provide a detailed basic data for the paper. And then, this paper makes a furtherexploration of the main problems existing in the process of financial support forcountryside,agriculture and farmers, and analyzes the nine major problems in financialsupport for countryside, agriculture and farmers. By analyzing the successful cases of YangLing, Shaanxi province and Shou Guang, Shandong province, some stratedies are putforward to overcome the problems. Finally, the proposals to set up a scientific system offinancial support for the countryside,agriculture and farmers, to improve the policyframework, to build a scientific process, to further strengthen the financial support for thecountryside,agriculture and farmers are put forward at the end of paper.
