Research On Corporate Social Responsibility Evaluation Of Petrochemical Industry Listed Companies

In recent years, China’s petrochemical corporate production accidents frequently occur, the result not only make the companies suffered huge economic losses, but also caused serious environmental pollution, so it has brought extremely negative impact on the image of the petrochemical industry. Therefore, in order to be able to effectively improve the petrochemical industry enterprise social responsibility performance level, upgrade the petrochemical industry in the social public image, this article will establish petrochemical listed company CSR evaluation system for petrochemical industry enterprise social responsibility to implement effective management and supervision.First of all, this article as background to the petrochemical industry, it combined with the petrochemical industry unique "Responsible Care" and "HSE management system" basic content, reference to general behavior of the CSR, and summed up the petrochemical industry CSR of development requirements model, then selected23quantitative indicators as oriented to development needs, and though factor analysis as a sample for the petrochemical listed companies, to explore quantitative indicators factor structure. The paper establishes the CSR evaluation system of petrochemical listed companies, which is as the basic framework of economic responsibility, social responsibility and environmental, and is as main content of the nine interests of creditors, shareholders, suppliers, government, employees, community and public service, innovation, customer and environmental stakeholders common factor. In the traditional evaluation models introduce the coordination degree factor, considering the coordination of the three dimensions with the economic, the social and environmental.Secondly, this article uses the structural equation model theory; through the evaluation system theory model dimensions constitute the reliability and validity of the verification, to illustrate stakeholders’indicators and triple bottom line dimension indicators have good reliability and validity; through indicators between the factor load capacities to calculate weights.Lastly, the article calculates and ranks the218petrochemical listed company CSR index, introduces the coordination degree factor, and revises rankings and results, which under the influence of the coordination degree factor to analyses the variation in the CSR index. Therefore, combined with the sample enterprise scale study and can be found that the larger the scale of the corporate, the higher finally the average value of the composite index.
