A Performance Assessment Study On The Patent&Technologies Industrialization Of General Aviation

The rapid development of today’s knowledge economy, intellectual property has become the focus of national and industrial development. Also patented technology as the core of intellectual property has become an important part of national development strategies that the industry can’t be ignored. In recent years, with the rapid development of the aviation industry, most companies have a low recognition of patent and patents are efficient to industrial. So it can’t lead to long-term and healthy business development. Therefore, the establishment of a fair and objective corporate patent technology industrialization performance evaluation system is particularly important for the development of corporate intellectual property strategy.Firstly this paper describes the current situation of general aviation and industrialization of patented technologies related to the performance of a large number of research status at home and abroad. Then it elaborates the current study of general aviation enterprise performance evaluation, the background of patents and technology industrialization, and its needs. Following by reading relevant literature on patents, patent technology industrialization, principal component analysis, TOPSIS method and other related concepts this paper establish evaluation patented technology industry index including31st level indexes,72nd level indexes and203rd level indexes. After creating this index system, this paper uses PCA and TOPSIS to build general aviation enterprise patent and technology industrialization performance evaluation model.Finally, this paper selects the AVIC Shijiazhuang Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd. to value its patents and technology industrialization performance. Then it makes some suggestions to enhance general aviation enterprise patent technology industrialization level of performance measures and recommendations by analyzing the results of the performance evaluation.
