Because it’s not only related to thestable operation of listed companies, investment revenue that investors received andthe volume of benefits, but also related to the development of national stock market.Corporate dividend policies are made in accordance with its own characteristicswhich can raise the value of the company on the stock market, improve thecompetence of reinvestment and fund-raising, and enhance investor’s confidence inlong-term development of the company, in this way the company can have asustainable development. In China’s capital market, because of lacking ofpredictability for the next phase of the company’s potential profit and operation, anumber of listed companies blindly follow the trend which means the way ofdividends payment without distribution. For our country whose economy is in such atransition period, the research and the survey on how listed companies make decisionof dividend distribution policy is meaningful in depth.This paper which is based on the basic theory of dividend distribution policyand several major payment factors, in combination with the domestic stock marketand the status of listed companies, studied and evaluated the problems and causes ofthese problems through the effect in Hunan C International Development Co., Ltd.after the implementation of dividend distribution policy. Then, this paper presentedthe optimization of the company’s dividend distribution policy and constructivesuggestions for improvement. By comparing the situation before and afterimprovements through the impact of dividend distribution policy on Hunan CInternational Development Co. Ltd., this paper made an evaluation of the optimizeddividend policy.
