Research On Forestry Carbon Sink Market Construction Of Heilongjiang Province

Firstly, combined with the Inventory results of forest resources in Heilongjiang Province, selected forest volume expansion method, the study estimates that the forest carbon storage is very rich and the carbon sequestration potential is huge, the rich non-forest land and the Heilongjiang province forestry carbon sequestration program will provide support and motivation for Heilongjiang province developing forest carbon sink market. Then, used the survey data, the study analysis of the demand characteristics on forestry carbon sequestration of the public in Heilongjiang Province, and used the Logistic regression model to regression analysis the survey statistics, the result shows that the degree of education to the public, the consider that whether individuals and families should be to reduce carbon emissions, whether know the forest carbon sequestration, whether know China green carbon sink foundation, whether the behavior to buy carbon sink embodies civic duty responsibility or not, and the Buying frequency carbon sinks is main factors that affect the public to participate in the activities of forestry carbon sequestration. Finally, the study designs the mechanism of heilongjiang province forestry carbon sequestration market system from the forestry carbon sequestration market suppliers and demanders, the third party independent certification institutions, exchanges and trading object, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for setting up the system.
