With the rapid development of China’s bond market, the enterprise bond market scale reached2.63trillion Yuan in2012.The Debt Finance of non-financial enterprises in the Inter-bank Bond Market has become the most important financing channel of our country enterprises, which has broaden the financing channels for the enterprises.At present, the main debt financing instruments of non-financial enterprises includes enterprise bond, corporate bond, short-term financing bill and medium-term notes, etc. After several years of rapid development of enterprise bond market, the number of high-quality customer which has not yet issued the debt financing product declines rapidly, so it’s difficult to open up new markets for bankers. Meanwhile, the government formulates many positive policies for supporting the cultural tourism industry. The cultural tourism industry, as an emerging industry, is constantly expanding its bond financing scale and participants in the number of enterprises.According to the incomplete statistics, the national cultural industry enterprises registered and issued of the amount of20.8billion Yuan during2012to August2013. The number of cultural industry enterprises in China debt market, which has participated in the enterprise bond market, is over thirty now. Accordingly, the number of the cultural tourism industry enterprises in the inter-bank bond market increases gradually.This paper mainly focuses on the recent development of our enterprise bond market, especially the cultural tourism industry’s debt market development. And this paper also pay attention to the difficulties that the cultural tourism industry enterprise might meet, and this paper takes the CD Cultural Tourism Group for example, to look for the debt financing mode of cultural tourism industry enterprises. By such practical analysis, this paper tries to reveal the difficulties and problems that the cultural tourism industry enterprises might face in the debt market, find some effective methods or alternative ways to solve those problems between the inter-bank market and the cultural tourism industry enterprises. As a conclusion, this article gives some practicable advices to prompt the development of the cultural tourism industry enterprises in the debt finance and in the inter-bank bond market, and makes specific suggestions.
