After the opening up to global market, china’s private-owned enterprises showed the great prosperity and energy. It not only greatly improved but became the critical pillar of our economy. On the other side, many private-owned enterprises are family-based ones, which have many deficits in their management and structures. Many enterprises lack effective managerial ideas, apparently to some extent; they have to overcome many obstacles to get success. Some of the enterprises went bankruptcy in the wave of development and reformation even they had great performance. All facts mentioned above draw a conclusion that internal audition is the most important part in a company that one other departments can replace its function. With the furious global competition, the private-owned enterprises must pay enough attention to their internal audition to confront the competition.This thesis first stated the relevant theories of enterprise internal audition, which main focused on its definition and features, chief targets and contents and its organization form. Then, the thesis took A as an example to state its internal audition situation, through surveys to find the main problems in their internal audition and to analyze and offer the improvement solutions.It is very important to implement internal audition on private-owned enterprises. First, It has some restrictions to its own companies and can force it to improve self-restrain, fulfill operation and make profits. Then, it can make direct profits by audition, deficit correcting and digging internal potential. Finally, it can bring ideas and solutions to relevant departments. And, if the solutions are taken, more economical and non-economical profits will be achieved afterwards.
