ABSTRACT:Under the background of reform of non-tradable shares, the listed company began to consciously based on value management, value management becomes the new topic of research and practice. But because of the weak effectiveness of capital market in China as well as the information asymmetry, investors and companies to get to know each other, less benign interactive way and method to causes such as the intrinsic value of listed companies and external market performance correlation degree is low. Investor relations management is to solve the problem of value creation and value implementation deviation. It helps to improve the investor to the company’s recognition, reduce the information asymmetry, rectify market valuations, contribute to the financing behavior, but also to enhance confidence in the market, at the same time reaction to improve the company’s decision is scientific, unified the internal value and the market reaction, enhance the ability of value realization.This article introduces the investor relations management and value management related literature review and theoretical basis, using the principal component analysis (pca) to build value management performance measurement index, and build the website of investor relations management index, the empirical analysis by SPSS software.The empirical results show that the performance management of investor relations management and market value are related. Among them, the investor relations management of the three dimensions (communication information disclosure index, activity index, organization and management security index), no significant correlation between information disclosure index and performance management of value, not through the test of significance, communication and interactive activity index, organization and management security index and performance management of value are related. Finally, starting from the research conclusion, put forward the method to improve the performance of value management.
