During the construction period of the nuclear power engineering project,the quality of the project needs to be fully guaranteed. There are kinds ofproject management model. How to decide the better one is veryimportant to the quality of the engineering project.The author creates a Multi-evaluation Conclusion Aggregation model inthis paper, and designs the index, the weight and the assessment.Firstly, the author has done a comparative analysis on the DBB model,DB model, CM model, PMC model and EPC model, which are generallyused all over the world.Secondly, the nuclear power engineering project management modelsused in the USA, France, the South Korea, Japan, Qingshan, Lingao,Tianwan, Haiyang and so on also have been described.Thirdly, an evaluating index system has been established for the nuclearpower engineering project management. The author fully considers thecharacteristics of the nuclear power engineering project.Fourthly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy areutilized to apportion the weight of indicators.Finally, the author uses the singular value decomposition method and builds a Multi-evaluation Conclusion Aggregation model. The model hasbeen applied to analyze a case of the Fangjiashan nuclear powerengineering project.
