Empirical Study On The Affected Factors Of Financial Control Of Manufacturing Listed Companies

Efficient financial control plays an important role in the enterprise developmentprocess. There are no apparent contractions between financial control and thedevelopment of enterprises when they are in the small scale. While, with thedevelopment of enterprises, the prominent contradiction between these two factorshas become more and more intentional. In the circumstance that managers have todeal with more and more problems of control, it is in needs to establish an effectivesystem of financial control in order to raise the performance of financial control.Many companies go bankrupt because of the poor financial controls since the21stcentury, especially the financial crisis which has given us a profound lesson in2007.Many companies recognize the importance of financial control. In recent years,government and social organizations release some documents refer to financialcontrol in order to standardize the financial control.Therefore, this paper studies the financial control of listed companies ofmanufacturing industry. This paper takes a different method of empirical research tostudy the relationship between financial control and profitability etc. Here are somesuggestions to improve the financial control according to the analysis:There is a significant positive correlation between the financial control the cashflow management of manufacturing listed companies. If we want to raise the level ofits financial control, we must start from the cash flow management.There is a significant positive correlation between the financial control and thecapability of profitability, solvency and risk management after the cash flowmanagement.Besides, the study shows that the relationship between the financial control andthe operational capacity is insignificant. We need further more research to know thereasons.
