| Locating problem is often one of the important strategic business planning,itrelates to a company’s survival. The results show that theresults of the new model under different conditions have not large fluctuationscomparing with the old one. The results display that after the optimization of newmodel, the situation in the current will have a significantly improvement. Then appliesthe new model to the case of the branches of Tianjin Bank in Heping District ofTianjin, calculates the results and compares them to prove that it is worthy to researchthis model theoretically and practically.Firstly, the paper describes the background, significance of the study, the contentarrangements and innovations.
