Cost management is the core of enterprise management, it has always attached greatimportance to the operators. Advanced cost management concepts and scientificmanagement methods can make enterprises in invincible position. For the rapiddevelopment of China’s power grid is being enterprises, according to the gridenterprise’s own characteristics and the operating status of production operations, areasonable cost of doing business management experience from home and abroad, toestablish a scientific and reasonable equipment operation and maintenance phase ofcost control model, there are conducive to promoting China’s power grid optimizationof enterprise cost management, improve the management level, and thus enhance theeconomic benefits of grid enterprises and core competitiveness, it also has a strongpractical significance.This paper studied the domestic power grid enterprise cost management andapplication of research results, and to investigate the activity-based costing gridenterprises at home and abroad practical application. Secondly, under the idea ofcosting, the paper on China’s power grid operation and maintenance phase of businessequipment cost structure analysis, power grid enterprises to implement operating costmanagement analysis of the pros and cons as the starting point, combined with theirown production and operation characteristics, the formation of in activity-basedcosting as the core equipment operation and maintenance phase cost control model,the focus during the analysis of the standard operating library establishment andstandard operating cost accounting method, on this basis, this paper also studied thismodel as an evaluation grid enterprise equipment operation and maintenance phasecost management level of standard applications. Finally, using empirical analysismethods to the practical application of the power companies FJ equipment operationand maintenance phase of cost control model as a case, through the application of theactual cost data and models to illustrate the effect of this theory feasible and merit.
