Facing the investment Opportunities and challenges under the financial crisis, ourcountry encourages the enterprise foreign direct investment and supports the theState—owned business to enter the international market, at the same time also tocultivate and to encourage the outstanding private enterprise,for exampleZhongxing, Datang, Hua Wei and so on,to enter international market and enhancethe foreign investment income. The internationalization of Chinese enterprisescannot follow blindly, Our enterprise must be clear about own internationalizationoperation objectives,,and choose the correct internationalization pattern. Theappropriate enterprise internationalization pattern is the key of successfully enteringinternational market,and the prerequisite of obtaining the internationalizationmanagement income and realizing the long—term business strategy. What thearticle studies is under the financial crisis background, our enterprise how does ourenterprise choose correct internationalization pattern, according to own abilitycharacteristic and the domestic and foreign macroscopic environment, and to beclear about the internationalization operation objectives.Firstly,this article first reviews domestic and foreign related literature about theenterprise internationalization pattern choice, summarizes the research manner andkey of related literature.Secondly, analyzing the factors which affect theinternationalization pattern choice,and finding the factors under the financialcrisis.Thirdly,the article compares different internationalization patterns to try todiscover the particularity of internationalization pattern choice under the financialcrisis.Fourthly,the article carries on the theoretical analysis about Chineseenterprise internationalization pattern choice under the financial crisis.Furthermore,uniting the theoretical analysis,the article establishes a series of targets andthe LOGISTIC model,basing on the international merger and acquisition and thestrategic alliance pattern choice,conducting empirical study to the suitability ofinternational merger and acquisition and the strategic alliance pattern to Chineseenterprise.Finally,the article gives the policy proposal about the Chinese enterpriseinternationalization pattern choice from two stratification planes under the financialcrisis. The main conclusions obtained in the article obtains through the theoreticalanalysis and the empirical study are: the target resource competition intensity, theresources digestibility, the bilateral region way,as well as the initiative merger andacquisition side’s financial credit ability are the important factors which affectChinese enterprise when choosing the transnational merger and acquisition or thetransnational alliance pattern to enter the international market.If The resourcescompetition intensity is fierce,Chinese should choose the international merger andacquisition strategy,otherwise international alliance strategy.If the resourcesdigestion ability is strong, international enterprise should choose the internationalmerger and acquisition, otherwise, choose international strategic alliance.If Theregion is near away from our country and the cultural system is close, the companyshould choose the transnational merger and acquisition strategy, otherwise use thetransnational alliance strategy. The credit ability high enterprise chooses thetransnational merger and acquisition, otherwise, choose transnational strategicalliance.
