In the new period of accelerating the "yellow-blue" strategy, how to live up tothe expectations and the trust of the party and the people to improve the level of food anddrug administration, and build a food and drug administration team focus on the future adaptto the new satuation has become the first task for the food and drug supervision departments.This article relies on the related theory, using research methods of multi-disciplinarycombination, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and literature search method,system databases, online information collection and so on to find out the countermeasures oftalent team construction of food and drug administration by analyzing the reasons of theproblems of the talent team construction with "yellow-blue" strategy. |
