| MicroCredit has been carried out almost40years in the world as thetools of inclusive financial or poverty alleviated in the world. However, beinga prosperous developing in China, MicroCredit starts from2005when thepeople’s bank of China lead the pilot to setup MicroCredit Company. Theemergence and development of MicroCredit Company to a certain extent,eases the Financing Difficulties to financial vulnerable group as Smallenterprises, Micro enterprise, individual enterprises, farmers, which furtherpromotes the effect on China’s economic leap forward again.However, in view of the current policy on the regulation of MicroCreditCompany in the business scope and the limitation of operation leverage, itdoes require MircoCredit Company to operate on own funds and make profitas quick as possible. Consequently, MicroCredit Company should focus inoperational management to explore the tools improving the operation efficiency, reducing the operating costs to achieve the profit and furthersustainable development.In this paper, it takes one MicroCredit Company as an example,studying the role and significance of applying SCORE Card into MicroCreditCompany s operation management on efficiency improving. It studies fromits Salaried Customer, by using SAS software, extracting the keycharacteristic variables and attribution which is easy to distinguish betweengood and bad customers, and then using logistic regression to form thescoring system, finally generating the scores on each variable attributes, thatis SCORE Card. It proves that SCORE Card is an effective operationalmanagement tools by the comparison of before and after applying SCROECard into MicroCredit Company s operation. By applying SCORE Card, itcan not only improve the operation capacity, but also reduce the operatingcosts on the premises of effective control of credit risk. It does contribute tomake the MicroCredit Company profitable and its sustainable operation. |
