Undertaking development, China’s12th five-year plan, according to data from2011to2015, the Chinese people over60years old will increase from178million to221million, the average annual increase of old people in8.6million, the elderlypopulation will increase from the original13.3%to16%proportion, the annualaverage increase by0.54. Population aging problem is increasingly serious in ourcountry, the GDP per capita is far lower than developed countries, belongs to thetypical not rich first old. Rapid ageing of the population has a certain influence onthe economic and social development of our country, this will make our country is notyet perfect social pension security system is facing severe challenges. How to make theold people to spend their twilight years, to ensure social stability and harmoniousdevelopment, the increasing of social problems need us to solve.In this paper, the research is put forward under this social background, the paperthe current situation of population aging in China, first of all, based on the domesticand foreign research present situation and the development status quo of retirementwith house pattern analysis, on the theory of social security, life cycle theory, and thetheory of intergenerational relations theory, on the basis of real estate leasingendowment patterns are put forward. Second, through to the real estate leasingendowment patterns of social background, meaning, function and implementation ofthe basic conditions of, clear property leasing endowment pattern implementation path.Finally, the***co., LTD in GuangZhou as an example, study to evaluate real estateleasing endowment pattern analysis model, constructs the evaluation index system of real estate leasing endowment patterns.In this paper, the research helps companies combined with regional characteristicsand their own conditions, property leasing to the implementation of the pension mode,take the appropriate measures to avoid the adverse factors, and to provide referenceand decision-making basis, at the same time, this study can also be the implementationof endowment patterns of our country real estate lease and development play a role.
