To avoid marketing risk, rely on marketing audit monitoring system and with the aidof information technology, power companies established marking risk analysis andprevention system to identify the critical risk points of operational efficiency impactsand service levels through the analysis of the abnormal problems in the daily work ofmarketing. On the basis of in-depth analysis on abnormal problems, develop measuresto completely correct abnormal problem and establish a new system to completelyeliminate the risk of recurrence, so as to continuously promote the ascension of themarketing work level in Tianjin.But along with the development of the work, the author found that there are numbersof drawbacks in the audit monitoring system inadaptable or incompatible to the actualwork, which affected the actual results of risk analysis and prevention systems in acertain extent. Aiming at these problems, this article carried out the design work toimprove the audit monitoring system, the main work contents are as follows:1.Based on in-depth analysis of the daily work of abnormal marketing problem, andfurther tap new marketing risk management subjects, this article presented two newauditing design project: meter reading quality analysis and industrial electricity salesanalysis;2.Around with the core subjects:“electricity, price, cost, line loss", analyzingloopholes in the current validation rules of audit monitoring system, proposed thedesign project of optimizing the quality control;3.Based on analyzing the relationship between audit monitoring system and powerelectricity information collection system, and based on the new subject of againstpower leads, proposed information communication plan with power electricityinformation collection project, and completed the performance statistical functiondesign.In this paper, the design work has been completed the program and gradually appliedto the marketing audit monitoring system, verified the effectiveness of the designwork through the validation of testing and pre-checked actual data.
