Research On Employee Stock Ownership Plan Of MF Company

This paper takes MF company as an example, the application of the employee stockownership system of enterprises. MF company belongs to the small and medium-sizedenterprises, mainly engaged in processing and sales of flour, bran. A period of drastic changesin the economic system, the MF company in2000by the state-owned enterprise reformed tobe a limited liability company, the implementation of equity incentive mechanism, take theemployee stock ownership plan.
