Under the background of knowledge economy, with the rapid development of scienceand technology, intellectual property rights has become a major economic source of manyenterprises, especially high-tech enterprises. Relying mainly on intellectual property rightsand intangible assets more and more important to the development of enterprises, thewhole is given priority to with intellectual property rights of industry also played a more andmore important role in promoting social economy, so the intellectual property valueassessment in our country at present stage the applicability of the original intellectualproperty value assessment methods, and also puts forward new requirements onaccuracy.Because of the uncertainty of the intellectual property, dynamic, intellectual propertyrights of traditional static evaluation method is easy to underestimate the value of leakageor loss of intellectual property rights, the accuracy of the impact assessment value.Therefore, this article by real option method to evaluate dynamic of intellectual propertyrights.At the beginning, this paper qualitative analysis the characteristics of the intellectualproperty rights and the characteristics of the real option method, discusses the differenttypes of intellectual property rights to choose a different option pricing model. Then basedon the trademark rights, for example, using the method of income and the revised B-soption pricing model to evaluate case the asset value, the quantitative analysis of the realoption method to consider the potential value of intellectual property (in order to ensurereasonable accurate estimate of the value of enterprise intellectual property rights, in thispaper, the intellectual property is divided into tradable and non-tradable two kinds,different categories according to the different methods).
